About Me
Welcome — I’m Anastasia, a psychologist drawn to the deeper work of helping people explore meaning, identity, and emotional connection.
My therapeutic approach is shaped by a belief that psychological distress often emerges not only from symptoms, but from disconnection — from others, from ourselves, and from what gives life meaning. Therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and begin asking the questions that matter: Who am I now? What do I need? What do I want to move toward?
Across my years in practice, I’ve supported individuals facing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges — including those living with chronic or invisible illnesses, experiencing disconnection in relationships, or grappling with patterns of self-sabotage and inner conflict. Many of my clients come to therapy in search of a space to reflect, recalibrate, and make sense of the deeper questions that often emerge during periods of transition or struggle.
My work is grounded in an integrative approach that draws from Existential Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. These modalities help us explore both your present-day experiences and the deeper narratives, inner conflicts, and relational patterns that shape how you move through the world. My role is not to impose a path, but to walk alongside you as we make sense of your internal landscape together.
I have a particular interest in supporting clients navigating the psychological impact of chronic and invisible illness — particularly in the autoimmune space — where themes of grief, identity, and meaning are often profound. I’m also passionate about working with those who feel they’ve lost their voice in relationships or life roles, and who are seeking space to reconnect with their values, boundaries, and sense of self.
In our work together, you can expect warmth, curiosity, and a calm, containing space to slow down and reflect. Therapy isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about cultivating a relationship with yourself that feels more honest, resilient, and aligned with the life you want to live.
My role is to offer a thoughtful, calm and non-judgmental space where we can reflect together — not to offer easy answers, but to support you in uncovering your own. Therapy, as I see it, is a place to become more fully yourself.
